I don't know about that, cause it's still working for me, if you can't attack with this mod installed.
1. Check again for your installed file path, it's has be look like this Sifu\Content\Paks\~mods and try again.
2. Check for any other mod that might conflicting with Yang moveset mod and remove them and try again.
3. Make sure your game version is up-to-date.
If non of these method work, then I don't know what happens to your.
But I'm highly doubt that your game version are the issue. Most moveset from old to new that currently on Nexusmod are depending the version of the game.
That will be negative, since I don't know things about Batman, if Batman moveset in movie or game looks like Brawler style then you can download Brawler moveset by Alfairy.
Weirds... I can still extract like normal, try to change file type like .7z or .zip If this still not working then I don't know what's wrong with your...
go to Sifu\Content\Paks\~mods and extract both file pak and sig into ~mods folder, if you don't have "~mods" folder then you need to create one. Make sure both file pak and sig name are the same and also make sure your game version is lastest.
