Excellent mod! However, my only gripes are the radically different player face and clothes. I wish they were more vanilla-friendly. Not to mention, his face looks like the ugliest man in the Caribbean lol.
Copied and pasted the newcustom folder into my game directory, selected to overwrite the files already in custom folder. Launched game and loaded save file, the ocean is now purple and untextured. What did I do wrong?

Im getting a weird error with Attractive daughter (Spanish) in which it has the new textures from this mod, but has the model from original game. thus looking weird, wondering if someone else found this and how to fix it?
anyone know which textures it does and doesn't replace from the pirates HD mod? having too many .dds files slows down my game so I don't wanna have too many duplicate textures in my game files
For sure no idea, tough what I did was place this one first then hd, not replacing anything so hd doesnt overwrite them. Also for someone like me using the "Repainted hd-ships" mod and "historically accurate flag" mod, I would recomend not using the flag and ship from here, since it creates troubles, ex. nations having original game flags (happens the same with hd).
If your folder structure doesn't look like my comment above yours, yes make a folder called custom then put all the files in that folder. Or when you download just drop that Custom folder into the install directory.
A little more documentation would be nice. There's only 3 pics of textures I think? But the files are 885mb so there surely is a lot more included. Also would be good to know what is covered by Pirates HD that isn't covered here. Thanks!
