I downloaded this and like some others I could not rotate or move the character horizontally. I adjust the sensitivities, I can now move the character on all axis, however I am still unable to rotate the characters. Looking at the mods listed in the description, and through this thread I don't have any conflicting mods, any ideas what I can do?
I realize I'm replying a couple months late but I was just trying to figure this out today and I feel like replying might be helpful to you, or if not you, at least someone else who's stuck on this:
For me, at least, I needed to boost the sensitivity on rotation a LOT more than on the others. For horizontal and vertical movement setting it to somewhere between 100 and 200 was reasonable. For rotation, I ended up setting it to 10,000 to get what seemed reasonable to me. I don't know how much this differs depending on your machine / setup though.
That's exactly the problem mentioned by stilt0nchees. Normally, one would hock those input action at the real wall clock time. But this game has it attached to your FPS rate. The more FPS you have, the higher you need to set your sensitivity. I was not able to fix that. Let's wait for the next game release, then I will take a look how to make it more convenient.
Some bones get stuck even when "keep pose" is Disabled. E.g., the "elbow" will be reset when leaving free pose but something like "big toe" gets stuck and only gets reset to default position after reload.
After installing this mod, I can no longer rotate or move the character around. the only thing I can do is move up or down. Also when I enabled the free pose all of the pose balls were gathered together in a group. Thoughts?
1. Check for conflicts with other mods. I mentioned some already. 2. Try to adjust the sensitivities, reset or delete the configs to this mod. A list of your mods or your log-files would help. Without those I can only make guesses into the void.
Good point. MegaMorph would show a list of bone names in the configs. I will check if there is an easy why to display the bone names next to the Gizmos. Meanwhile, you can add an empty Filter which will simply take all bones in count. If I can find the time, I will share a list of the names here in the description.
Have you checked out the latest version? What other mods do you use. If you also have MegaMorph installed, check also for the latest version.
There are known conflicts among Advanced Free Pose Mode, MegaMorph and Pose Animations. (Mod Tool Extension could be the next) All these mods are trying to apply their modifications onto the rig of the model. Consequently, the last changes remain and get plotted to your screen. It took me some effort to find an update order that achieves the expected behavior in all situations across all these 3 mods and make them coexistent.
I have them: MegaMorph and Pose Animations. I've completely removed them leaving just Advanced Free Pose Mode but it's still not working other than rotation option, i've checked and reinstalled the last version of advancefreepose and morph before. Thanks for reply.
Not sure why but when I upgraded to this newest version Only the Rotate option is working on the other models and none of the Standing poses seem to be working on my Character
Do you also use MegaMorph? There could be a conflict with that depending on which mod runs last (wins) in the update routine. I have a fix for MegaMorph to avoid that, such that it won't override the edits of Advanced Free Pose Mode. I thought I could include some more fixes before the next release of MegaMorph, but seems like we have some urgent case here.

Make sure the Logs contain the entire process.
In a later release you may also be able to rotate the weapon.
