OK...either this is a bug or I'm totally confused. Played about 20 mins of act I. Keep getting attacked by people I can't target and attack. Very annoying. Anyone know what's happening?

same here. they show as neutral, not enemy and they are not targetable nor can I run through them when they block my way...really looking forward to getting past this point.

okay, it worked this last time...seems the door icon into where the elevator was didn't appear the first time...or I didn't notice it...and when the next time, when I went inside and attempted to get onto a lay-line, I didn't realize you had to go to the large one...worked it out on the third try (im slow I guess)...turned out great...didn't disappoint.

The part where you found the deck and go to open the door out? Yes, the priest and his minions initially spawn as neutral. I didn't have them attack me, although they did run up and crowd around me. They turn hostile after you get to the second door, and have the elf girl run over to the big leyline. After that, fight as normal.

Same issue. I looked all over trying to trigger a dialogue that I may have missed. I can't open any new doors and this pack of people follow me around punching me for like 1 or 2 hps every round their leader is a guy with a sword Can't target them . I'm stuck any ideas?

Same thing, got past the guy with the sword. But cant attack any of the warehouse people or guards. ran all the way to the street level and cant fight anyone. They just eat you away little by little till you die. I can mark them , and throw a grenade I found in the warehouse, but no other damage to them is possible.

Could somebody explain how to actually play the module? I downloaded the zip file, but see no exe to install it. Do I need to drop the folder somewhere? This info is usually in the desc but I couldn't find anything. >.<

Loved Act 1. Thought it was very well put together.

...Not so much love on act II though...what the hell happened? ..Worst part was when I encountered 22 and 33 I thought I was being given a choice of which guy to help and thus which one joins your party,,. but alas,, you can only have the useless blue haired moron that gets killed in one shot,, every damn time.. if you try to help the elf, he just attacks you... there was Loads of spelling mistakes,... I quit after approaching "28",,. (which in her little dialogue box refers to her as "21".??.. and she just immediately killed me with 2 well placed 10 damage shots with that pistol.. 39 missed pretty well every time, point blank.,, and then she was toast too. Blue haired moron guy?? he takes 1 little knick on the chin and he faints like the pussy he is..
    Terrible..
I really liked Act 1. Thought it was great. But I think you still have some work to do on Act II before you move on..

Yeah, it's a confirmed bug I have not been able to fix. He'll be with you at the start of Act 2. Enjoy!

    {{GM}}Did Maurice Baxter and his employees know what was being hidden away under the building?{{/GM}}
Isn't this contradictory? Or is the claim that while insane, he did not understand what he was hiding.

Might also note that you clearly spend a large amount of time on the grammar, there are a few small times when it catches (well, other than "it's", but the contraction/possessive is broken anyways.) and the spelling is generally correct. There are a few remnants (and opening the convo files probably is easier than checking line by line) but I feel that this attention to detail should be commended, concentrating on the quality of the writing and story rather than the quantity of maps.

You don't even use the "It is dialogue" excuse as your dialogues are often constructed far better than the hob cobbled curse ridden nonsense that today's -- now wait is that "today is society" or "the society of today" ;p -- society generates; they always forget what a good yarn is like.

Eitherway, toying a bit right now...

Baxter knew he was containing sensitive, high-risk property for UNION under the emporium, but it implies that he did not truly understand the corrupting, potent, danger and threat of what he was storing.

I just cannot bring myself to have its without an apostrophe, whether showing possession or a contraction. It's just not in me

Really awesome plot, but had a few issues arise.

22 doesn't have any health, resulting in him dying if he's hit at all. This issue become doubled with the fact the only weapon he has is a machete, making him completely useless and having to make him run and hide.
Seems as though it would have been better to have all the parts in a single file rather than multiple. They seem far too short to be split up and resulted in me losing all the items I had kept in storage, including my programs for decking.

That's fixed now, in the updated versions of Act 2. If I could go back in time to when SR:R first came out, I would have done a single UGC for the whole deal, but I thought it would work well episodic at the time, with closure between each episode. Too late for regrets I'm going to attempt better with Act 3, but I can't spoil.
