Hello all, am new to the community and was curious if or how to fix an error I get with v1.3.0. the error in question says "unable to read beyond the end of the stream." does it mean anything significant? I am using the definitive edition from the epic games store if it helps. Thank you in advance
I tried this on gamepass and it worked, turns out Microsoft has about a year ago added a "gamelaunchhelper.exe" to all of their game pass titles for modding access.
Try this, When launching "SOTTR MODDING TOOLS" it will ask you for the path to your "SOTTR.exe", find the SOTTR.exe file Mine was located here "\Windows Games\Shadow of the Tomb Raider\Content" instead of clicking on the SOTTR.exe, in the file name box erase what is in there and enter "gamelaunchhelper.exe" without the quotations (you can also click on the exe with the same name but that didn't appear for me). Then the program should think for a while then work.
i opened the manager file and it asked me to choose the game exe file. So i did it but nothing happened the manager just won't open after that. Also i installed the Net6 but still doesn't work at all
.NET 6 isn't needed anymore with the current version of the manager.
Please "start" the manager, then open the Windows Event Viewer, look at the Application logs, find the "Error" entry with Source = ".NET Runtime", and paste the details.
Thank you very much, its a very useful tool. I would like a little tutorial for using the extracting tool with blender for noobs, i want to try making some mods to share with the community. But by the way i love the program.
Any plans to update the Blender importer for 4.1? It currently errors out since Blender did some big changes with auto smooth, and that's what the error mentions. Great work BTW on this we appreciate it.

edited for simplicity.

Modder branch documented everything, provided you have basic understanding about modding.
