Thanks so much for this, this works perfectly. Just pathetic though the game has to be modded just to get basic 16:9 in full screen in 2024. Artistic choice by the dev my ass as it looked terrible.
The mod doesn't change FOV, it just changes how UE behaves with a different aspect ratio than original. The command I added tells it that instead of cropping the sides to preserve original Y FOV, it expands top and bottom to preserve original X FOV. Since 21:9 is the original aspect ratio, the mod does nothing. For actually changing FOV you probably need third party software that can hack directly into the exe, like CE.
