I love the mod so much. Would you mind keeping the gold hilt version up instead of overwritting it?
My reason is because the design you have is heavily inspired by chinese jade weapons, and even looks similar to the Kulve Turroth variants in Monster Hunter World.
I know we generally consider these things gaudy, but they were commonly viewed as regal in history. A "non-glow" variant would also be nice, should you later add on that effect. The game already has a lot of blinding effects going on through heavy bloom, deflections, and whatnot- so a simple redesign would be nice as an option.
I know this would mean a lot of files would be up, but they would allow us to choose what best fits our tastes instead of being forced to choose one or another.
I guess what I'm ultimately saying is that I think you nailed this one, buddy. And I hope that I can use this specific version in the future should you decide to do more variants. Hope that translates well.
I absurdly love it, both versions,just a question, is it anyway possible to add the mystical blue glow of the Moonlight? Also this is definitely the best Reskin on the nexus!

Could you tell me what tool you used to access the Sekiro textures or point me to a direction I can find them? I've modded other games textures but never dark souls or this one.
For sure!! I used UXM https://www.nexusmods.com/sekiro/mods/26 to unpack and extract the game files. Then you'll need Yabber https://www.nexusmods.com/sekiro/mods/42 to unpack the textures within the files and then pack them again to use the texture in game. The textures are all .dds files so you'll need a plugin http://gametechdev.github.io/Intel-Texture-Works-Plugin/ I use this for photoshop. And that's it!
Best katana skin so far. Yet is it possible to remove golden color completely? Silver instead, perhaps? :( To fancy. I love it but eh. Still won't be able to use it because of that :(

Oh, you mean like applying a similar retexture for the mortal blade and use it as primary weapon? Yeah, I think that is a great idea! hahah I just stopped modding for a bit because I haven't played through the game (don't even have the mortal blade yet xD). But the moment I get to late game stuff, I'll be back with new mods for sure!!
