Lightning of Tomoe as a consumable or combat art

Two different file options are included with this mod.

1. The first file replaces eel liver with a Lightning of Tomoe consumable. When used it gives the lightning effect on your sword for 10 seconds or until used. Jumping and attacking or using Sakura Dance will allow you to throw the lightning like during a reversal. Also regular attacks will create the shock effect, the actual shock effect with the normal sword slashes seems to only work on bosses though.

2. The second file changes Sakura Dance to now be a Lightning of Tomoe combat art. Now when using Sakura Dance you will gain lightning for the duration of the attack. 

Installation
Simply extract the two folders and place them in you mods folder in the Sekiro directory. Requires Mod Engine.

UPDATE 1.1: This update only changes the consumable version
- Changed the lightning replacement from eel liver to fine snow. This makes it a bit more of a challenge and a quest reward to obtain. It will also no longer appear in shops since it doesn't replace eel liver, making it a bit more immersive. 
- Added a spirit emblem cost version of the consumable for a bit more balance.
- Changed the in game menu icon to the scroll for floating passage to add the effect that the technique was learned from one of Tomoe's scrolls.
- Changed the number held to 1 and removed the ability to store it. This will make it seem more of an ability, like one of the spiritfalls, when viewing it in the menu. 
- Added a bit more to the in game item description.
- Reduced the knock back radius to be a bit more reasonable.
- Removed the effect that enemies take when they've been knocked back upon activation. 

UPDATE 1.1 for the Combat Art Version:
- Fixed some instances you could hear lightning being applied to your blade for a split second when loading into certain areas or loading your save.

- Added another Combat Art Version. In this version the regular Sakura Dance replaces Shadowrush (Shadowfall remains unaltered) and Sakura Dance is replaced by the Lightning of Tomoe Combat Art (Note: In order for this to work the game is told lightning is on your blade at all times while the Lightning of Tomoe combat art is equipped. The visual effects will not be visible though, but when you jump attack you will throw lightning as long as it is equipped).
