You can use Yabber to unpack/repack the param files, then copy the individual param files from this mod into another mod. Yapped (source) is the tool to use to manually edit any of the param files yourself. (Don't unpack them, just open gameparam.parambnd.dcx) You could also try using the Param Assembler or FSParamMerger tools, although I've never used them myself so I can't say how well they work.
Note: Be careful using other mods that modify the param files because many of them may not have been updated for game update 1.06.
The event scripts are a lot more complicated, so if you need any information about how those are modified you can post a comment to ask.
Once the outfits are unlocked the game adds a flag to your save file, so they will always be unlocked. You would need to delete your save files to remove them.
For anyone trying to use this in 2024 like I did and they're relatively new to modding, I'll start by saying the mod still works with the current version of the game. The youtube tutorials you're watching are largely right, except for the part where they're telling you to make a parts folder, because they're not explaining why you need a parts folder. Basically, when using mods like this, you'll come across a few different kinds of folders when you delve into the mods files. The ones I've encountered so far are Events folders, Param folders, and Parts folders. From what I can tell, most cosmetic mods have a parts folder, but seeing as this is changing the game's script instead of adding new textures and meshes, there is no parts folder, but there are event and param folders. What you wanna do for mods that include these folders is copy them into your mods folder in Sekiro, whatever your mods folder might be named. Let me repeat: you want to copy both the Events folder and the Param folder into the mods folder of your Sekiro directory. I personally would copy paste them rather than dragging them, so that if something happens you don't need to redownload the mod to get it working again. Hopefully this helps anyone who doesn't quite understand how it works. I don't know why everyone always assumes the mod you're using has a parts folder, but there's no need to make a parts folder until you're using a mod that has a parts folder. Good luck.
I've been having a real hard time trying to get this to work, and I don't know if its just because im stupid or im not doing something right. I'm trying to use only the unlock all outfits mod file, default lod, and whenever i load my save, or even start a new save, it doesn't show the change form option at sculptor idols. Should the option unlock the moment I load a game/start a new game? If not, is there any way to set it to do so, and could you explain how? Thank you.
i know this is pretty late like 2 years late but how did you manage to get it work, i installed the mod and did have the another memory in my inv but cant change form at all
hey there, have a quick question about *unlock outfits. is it on purpose that once its activated and you delete the mod for it, the outfits still there?! delete everything but be able to choose the outfits. so, its going deep in the systemfiles ?!?
Yes, that's intended. The mod just enables the flags that tell the game you unlocked the outfits. The flags are then added to your save file as enabled, so the mod isn't necessary any more unless you start a new save file.
Hey, so I'm very dumb and can't seem to merge or get it to the point where I can't just get costumes with elden arts, can anyone tell me how to, please?
Hola, soy no consigo que funcione metiéndolo en la carpeta de mods > parts, hay alguna otra forma de ponerlo o si alguien me puede ayudar a conseguirlo. Gracias
Hey man Im confused as to how to install this mod, the one just for unlocking all outfits. What I do is just transfer those files in my mods folder, am I doing something wrong?
