The Yondaime model will only show up once you have the mortal blade, so if you do not have it yet, the clothes will show up as a different model. You can fix it so that the Yondaime clothes shows up even if you do not have the mortal blade. Here's how to fix it:
1. Go to the downloaded files for the mod 2. Do the regular process (paste the downloaded files into your mods folder in Sekiro files) 3. Delete the file "bd_m_9000.partsbnd" 4. Once "bd_m_9000.partsbnd" is deleted, copy the "bd_m_9030.partsbnd" file 5. Paste it, and then rename it to "bd_m_9000.partsbnd" (the file that you recently deleted) 6. Make sure it's named "bd_m_9000.partsbnd" (It shouldn't have "(2)")
That should fix it. Also I'm like a year late sorry lol.
