Quick question, I'm trying to merge this with my other mods, I know how to so that's fine, I just need to know, it's just the decal param within the .dcx, right? I installed the decal param from withing your .dcx into my personal in game .dcx and it seems to be working. I'm just double checking if that's all I need to take from your .dcx or is there other param files I need? ^^

2nd, after trying both versions Blood decals (LESS blood on executions) is still too much blood after 5 kills. I would like more than vanilla, but the max amount is too much still. How can I edit the file to lower the max amount of Blood decals (LESS blood on executions)?
