I've been trying to make the Oni of the Snake load up and it's not working. :( This is also my first time using the mod engine, so idk exactly what it wants.
So far, I installed mod engine 1.11 and dropped the dll and ini into the Sekiro folder I created a "mods" folder and in that added a "parts" folder. I've downloaded the Oni of the Snake and extracted it. I copy pasted the 6 files into the parts folder. I opened the ini and pointed the modOverridedirectory ="D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Sekiro\mods" saved,closed, launched Sekiro...and boring sekiro is there staring at me. :( I've tried like 5 other things like pathing to the parts folder, keeping the 6 files in the oni of the snake folder and keeping that in the parts folder, removing the directory to just say \mods, tried just \parts, nothing works.
I'm at a loss here and I just wanna play in the badass outfit you made! Pls halp! DX
Thank you for the awesome costume! I am just starting my new game plus and I was already tired of looking at drab brownish-orange sekiro. So boring lol
You're most welcome. Exactly lol That's what got me started on this journey of making retextures. More than anything I just wanted some variety for Sekiro's outfit, so I think I finally fixed that problem.. possibly several mods ago but still lol!
Hi, this will be a very odd request and I fully expect you to either decline or ignore, which is fine.
Basically there’s a kusabimaru mod that I very much like but the colors are not appealing to me, and the mod’s creator doesn’t seem to be responding... https://www.nexusmods.com/sekiro/mods/138 I was wondering if you could do a recolor of this mod, and just release it as an optional file or just as a mediafire link in a comment so as not to steal another modder’s work. What I am hoping for is a version of the ‘silver sharpen blade’ file in which all of the gold parts are replaced with silver/steel, and the red markings in the center of the blade are changed to blue.
I know this is an odd request and if the recolor would take too much of your time, I understand if you decline. Thank you for your consideration

Just download Plain Mugoi Oni from this mod then download whichever version of his mod you want and only place the fc_m files in the parts folder :)
