So I've tried to use the mod and it isn't loading onto my character. It just goes to the default outfit.

Deadspace66, i have a working fix for the 9040, can i upload it?

edit: Also 9030 has problems as i noticed now. Fixed that too. Tell me if i can upload it. Only 9030+9040, making people still need to download yours for the rest of the files.

DEADSPACE, I KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS!

I was using your mod and noticed that there was a black area under the scarf, like if there was no transparency, and the problem is in the model that uses the Mortal Blade. See, the game has three models for Sekiro.
Early game, Kusabimaru and Mortal Blade.
The Mortal Blade one, that in game files is known as 9040 is the one that has no transparency, can you fix it?

Edit: I've tried to fix it myself, but by not being a modder i don't understand what's the difference between 9040 and 9000 version.

Very cool, glad you like it man. I'm going to upload different versions soon. I'm open for suggestions also.

I love the outfit, but, is there a way to fix the black areas in the end of the scarf? It's really ugly to see and i noticed that in your screenshots is not there.

I've downloaded the files for this mod and the white dragon mod as well and both zip files are not unzipping and the archives are damaged? Any info on this?

I've dl'ed both of these multiple times and it keeps saying damaged or corrupt. =/

EDIT: I have downloaded and tried other mods and they do not come up corrupted so it might be the file on the site that's no good.

EDIT 2: I got the files to extract properly finally. Looks great! Thx for your work!

I have a question, What program are you using to retexture the coat or other sekiro files?

      Hello,
I am using Adobe Photo Shop. Best program to do it, in my opinion.

For sure, one question though, is there a specific folder setup I need for the mods folder? I have put it in there like how it was suggested in the modengine setup but I don't see an effect in-game, nothing changes.

Yes, in the "mods" folder, you'll need to create a folder called "parts." The two files should be placed in there. Please let me know if it works.

Okay, so that seems to have applied the mods, so my weapon changed like I wanted it to, but when it comes to your mod the only thing that seems to change are the pants color, the coat and scarf stay exactly the same.

I just tried to duplicate the process to ensure the mod works properly (worked fine). Please be sure to drop both files into the "parts" folder. They are lower and upper body parts.

I know it's working for you, I can tell from the screen shots, however here's a shot I took from my game just now as well as screenshots of both the mods/parts folder and the /parts folder in the main sekiro directory:

      https://imgur.com/a/nKDVsK3

I just want to verify that the two files are and should be named as:
      bd_m_9000.partsbnd.dcx
      lg_m_9000.partsbnd.dcx

Hmm, that's odd man. Yes, the file names are correct. Just to be certain, there is not a "bd_m_9000.partsbnd.dcx" in your "parts" folder already? If the file was initially in the there from a previous mod, you may want to delete it before placing.

No both of your files were freshly put in there, the one weapon file is from the dark souls 3 weapon pack and the other two are from yours. I'm gonna try downloading a newer version of the modengine and see if that might fix the issue. I'm wondering though, could you have uploaded the upper body file incorrectly and it's just the default one?

I just downloaded the file myself and double checked it. It's correct man. Yes, try using a recent version of the engine. Hope it works.

Okay, so I did some testing using the black sekiro mod by another user, I notice they also use bd_m_9000.partsbnd.dcx file which seems to be the under shirt, but they also include two additional files which are:

      bd_m_9030.partsbnd.dcx
      bd_m_9040.partsbnd.dcx

When I have these two files in both parts folders the whole outfit changes to black like it should, however if I remove those two files both the coat and the scarf go back to their default colors. I'm wondering if yours is simply missing those two files from the download, is there any way I could have you move those two files out of your parts folder and see if that's what might be missing?

Okay, so I spent some time last night comparing your mod against other costume recolor mods and indeed yours seems to be missing some files, but I wasn't sure why until another user commented more recently. During the course of the game you get the mortal blade, which is the back-mounted katana you see in both the previews and current footage, at that point the upper torso armor becomes a different file altogether, so while you edited the early armor files like you have in your screenshots, you didn't edit the other 3 files that affect the late game armor files. This explains why in my screenshot, which is at the very end of the game, it only changed the pants color. Here's the five file names I've come to identify as being all the armor files for both endgame and early game:

      bd_m_9000.partsbnd.dcx
      bd_m_9030.partsbnd.dcx
      bd_m_9040.partsbnd.dcx
      lg_m_9000.partsbnd.dcx
      lg_m_9050.partsbnd.dcx

Now I don't know enough about this stuff to say which file is which, but we know that the two included in yours are for the upper body and lower body respectively, you simply need to apply your edit to the other 3 files and it should fix the issue we're experiencing.

      Hey Sandrokun,
I updated the version. I'm early in the game so it seems to work for me. The missing files have been added so please let me know if it works for you since you are far long into the game.
