I couldn't get the Deck one to work on my Steam Deck alas, as the game would crash at launch. There's a chance I may have installed it incorrectly though
Just a heads up: Your scanlines seem to run right through pixels. Actual scanlines have the space between each horizontal row. Even game devs get that wrong occasionally when they offer scanline filters, though, sometimes even just layering an uneven mask above the screen.
I done it like this for a reason . As you notice they are still perfectly align and spaced scanlines with nice mask per pixel and i know how messy crt filters in games can get. The problem is Sea of Stars its not pure pixel art and have lots of high res cutscenes ,splash screen which would look imo bad and lose lots of detail if i done it like you suggest also you can try this one: B2 CRT Filter
