What version of the game are you running? This mod only works in the main branch (beta or release), not alternate.
If that's the version you're on, problems you may be having could possibly be other mods you have running, but most likely would be due to my instructions not being very clear.
ATM override doesn't alter how much you can deposit, it just clears when you either: - Open the ATM - Return to the ATM main menu (left button after deposit)
Stack sizes only increase when you disable "Respect Stack Limit" either by turning off in the mod menu phone app, or if you haven't got that installed, edit the option in Melonpreferences.cfg and then save, press LeftCTRL + F4 and you will be able to duplicate beyond the stack limit.
I've also updated the mod, if you're still having issues, try the updated version
