    Does this affect police behaviour? Like, they won't get me for being out, but will they still see a trade being done and begin chase?

      Exactly that. They will still attempt to arrest you for dealing, the curfew just doesn't happen anymore.

    I wish I could get a mod that extends the day.hour in the game=1 minute of real life
    and is it possible to make
    3 minutes of real life=1 hour?

      There's a mod that does that, but sadly it also extends all the times (mixing, cooking etc) proportionally, hopefully someone finds a way around the code

      Modding for this game is growing at a crazy rate. I think this game will be great soon.

    Does this disable curfew bonus? if not could you make it do that? feels cheap getting bonuses for nothing

      It should do, however if it doesn't, let me know and I will go back and have another look at ensuring it does.
