Now I don't know if this is cuz the game was updated or the mod hasn't been updated or what's going on but when I tried to install the mod and I tried to boot up the game it would just give me purple textures.
Which in turn I couldn't even exit the game via the main menu I had to close the entire game by pretty much going to the taskbar and right clicking the game from there.
I verified files and it's fine now but just something to be aware of if it's able to be fixed someday.
RickSosa Thanks for this mod. And its working for beta too, very cool. I pulled the Energy Drink files and threw them on the wiki, and meant to send you the Path IDs, but you had it done before I got around to it. I was sucked into Oblivion Remastered.
Also I'm trying to use the beta version. I keep crashing with the beta asset files installed for some reason, and it happens with no other mods and no melonloader as well on a fresh install. I think you may have accidentally uploaded the main or alternate branch file as the beta by mistake, if I were to guess.
Whenever I run the game with the .asset files, the game crashes with some error with Microsoft C++ Runtime, is this some problem with just the beta branch or are you already aware of this?
Sorry got caught up playing Oblivion.... You were right about the assets not working for beta branches, I crashed immediately when using the modified .asset files.
I have made a new version exclusive for the beta branches of the game, should work with zero issues. It's available in the files tab.
Nothing against Tyler, He did what he thought is best and I likely would of done the same just because I dont want to waste my time, Id rather spend my limited time on earth doing something I love.
Good luck restoring all the other stuff, more power to ya!
I think i did something wrong, i removed sharedassets0, and replaced sharedassets1 with the one from the mod, and well... now my entire loading screen is unplayable and looks like a Gmod server
I tried this originally but could only get it working by replacing the textures in real time, which was both taxing on game performance and not accomplishing what was intended, as there were times where you could see original textures before the replacements got loaded.
I'm looking into a new way of changing textures via a .dll, which is going to be required in the future since I need to rename some things.
For now I'm probably going to stick with the modified .asset files for textures, and a simple .dll mod for renaming items.
I pulled the blue energy drink files from 3.4f4 and put them in your files over the purple ones. It's great. And if you want the file, let me know. You can just have it to upload here if you havent already done the same thing (you might of, it wasnt that hard)

The reason for this is that you didn't package your zip properly for Vortex.
Please throw the .assets files inside of a folder named "Schedule I_Data" inside of the zip.
So it should be:
ZIP > "Schedule I_Data" > .assets
Cheers!!

Don't delete any files, just drag and drop both .asset files from the zip and replace all.
The energy drink got changed too. Annoys me. I'm surprised the M1911 and a couple other things didn't get changed.
