I'm not sure what you mean. This mod is only a clock and day display which you can move around, no extra textures. (dont let the screenshot confuse you, the one with the phone on it has the clock on the bottom, but the overlay might cover it)
No, im not. It's the first time I see this, must be false positive. (if you can decompile the mod, you can see the code yourself, also nexus's virus scan approved it) So if you can tell it to ignore or make exception for it, I'd do that.

No other mods have had this issue so far. I tried your QoL pack and that worked fine too. Strange
Strange indeed, maybe next version will "fix" the issue, idk really.. :D
Did you drag it out from the screen?
The config for the mod is under [GameFolder]/UserData/AlwaysVisibleClock.cfg
Default Coordinates are 100, 100. If you try setting those, does it work?
