Same as it was with the Billy, only works properly at high graphics. At low and medium it's only displayed at close range.
Also, you've changed stone foundation size, it's smaller in some places compared to the default one (gave it a brief look), hence you may walk into it when it's "not there". (Can you make textures perfectly correspond to the mine size? Would be awesome.)
