Hello! This is not a mod, but a collection of blueprints.
1.) Download and unzip the file, place all of the blueprints in your blueprints folder. If you don't know, it is located here :C:\Users\YOUR-USER-NAME-HERE\AppData\Local\FactoryGame\Saved\SaveGames\blueprints\YOUR-DESIRED-WORLD-HERE. The modules will now show up in your blueprints. I recommend creating a category and spending some time to organize them, as they will be all mixed up at first.
2.) Then place the modules like any other blueprint. use the "blueprint snapping" placement method to quickly assemble road networks, and then attach your desired sidewalk modules also using blueprint snapping to create detailed inner city roads.
