I can confirm that it's not fixed though to be honest trying to mod those parts might be too hard or impossible in my opinion maybe skip the parts that require the upgraded parts as materials?
I have been able to check it, it works well the only thing is that you have to have the part that asks you but it does not consume it, I will try to replace the part with a material but this game does not let me use conventional modding tools and I have to modify it in hexadecimal something that is driving me crazy and is ultra difficult.
