Read the description page ! (Drop the loose files from archive into root of game folder ,where the game exe resides). Might conflict with other mod files in your game folder (if you have other mods there ,ignore if you're just using this one mod). Though you can merge some mods using Saints Row tools (check saintrowmods .com for info).
There are some SR4 mods that can work from a 'mods' folder (make the folder in your game folder and name it "mods"). I think mods that are single '*.vpp_pc' files can work from the 'mods' folder ,you just drop them in there before starting the game. Best to enquire on saintrowmods .com forum for further details about this as i 'm not 100% sure on the full info.
I have Agents Of Mayhem - Daisy.vpp_pc and NierAutomataAndroids.vpp_pc outfits working ok from a 'mods' folder. Outfits are available from shop.
Though Nexus needs to enforce a rule that all mods need to come with a readme.txt file. Too many modders forget to include one with their mod uploads.
