Clear skies is available after you beat the game, through a computer inside the ship, but it can be unlocked earlier thanks to this mod : https://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/ship-tod-controls-unlock-early.3206/
I can't install this mode. I have direct installed the game. So, when i create a mod folder in the game folder and copy paste the mod file, it does nothing. It doesn't works. Can anyone help?
