I had the problem that tiles on my farm were not able to be tilled. Looking it up apparently theres a glitch where objects can not load on the farm like stumps, rocks, etc which is fixed normally by reloading the area or restarting the game. Well, that wasn't the problem despite being a very similar issue--
The problem was this mod.
One by one i removed each mod trying to see if maybe it was one of these "working with the new bepinex" mods from homegirl's modlist i followed-- constantly reloading, constantly waiting for the dumb splash screen to finish playing, constantly loading my same save and walking down the same stairs--
Anyway, this mod is the reason why someone else out there might have this problem. You see, autopickup must be bugged because in some way there exists a "trace" of an item or a duplicate when its picked up on your farm tile which will cause that tile to be considered blocked when you go to till it. It makes sense because if you read the description there is a config option that allows you to "reload items near your farm to duplicate easily" that is disabled by default. That might be a fix for this if you enable it, but me i don't like cheaty which is really poo-poo stinky because auto pickup is a really nice feature to have.
A bandaid patch fix would be deleting the mod, pick up the stuff manually on the farm tiles, save, restore the mod, and load that save game-- there you can continue to have auto pickup while avoiding the farm tile problem without a cheaty resource duplication (which i havent tested if that fixes it either btw)

The mod is bugged, but only near or on farm plots. I'll check if I can figure out how to auto-disable around farm plots.
Meanwhile, you can do like this post recommends (uninstalling) or you can deactivate the autopickup for all items added with this mod via the config file or even better with Configuration Manager. Restarting the game is necessary for the items to "respawn".

I'm currently using the latest RF5fix myself and NPC details 1.4.0.
Harem mod is using an older version though. Good news is they published their code. I might poke at it and get it working with the latest and greatest.
