With the addition of the intended way to irrigate in this way by the vanilla game (the Olla), I'm shelving this mod. If enough people need it updated, I'll include it in the "Lots of farming Changes" mod.

How is the well supposed to work? I had it at 50% with the irrigation level of trenches at 4 and I've yet to find where the irrigation ends. Not really an issue, I'm just curious. Circle is toggled off.

Ok, I've figured out the well thing. I did want to leave this info in case others have a similar issue:

I've had a couple of visual glitches happen on the morning after I installed the first couple of wells. When I used the handaxe to till a spot beside a well it worked normally, but about two seconds later the ground reverted to untilled soil; I then walked to a different spot and 'untilled' a tilled spot to see what would happen. That one also reverted to the previous state -- in its case, tilled -- after about two seconds.

However, about five seconds later the screen kind of flickered and there was an actual scritching kind of sound and the tiles I'd tilled/untilled were suddenly in the correct state for the actions I had taken. I'm not sure how long that will last, but I'll update as necessary. I should add, I've got about 20 hours in the game thus far and nothing like this has happened previously; yours is also the only mod I am using (other than the mod manager).

I'm sorry to hear that. I tried out a couple of days with the mod, with different well irrigation settings, and could not replicate the issue. If you run into it again, please post here what settings you were using/bepinex console log so I can see what's wrong.
