Updated this mod's showcase video with another one, because the Auto-9 shooting sound that was in the previous video had the old outdated version.
I also have my commissioned Original Servo Sound Turning mod in the updated video, the NG+ Omni Board 6.2 that I recommended and went through in my description, as well as DMClues' terrific Robo Crosshair mod, and his awesome RoboFont mod.
I also use jfarrar's ROBOCOP Scanlines FOV mod, which can also be toggled on and off in-game through Reshade. Enjoy the new video! 🥳
One important note. If you have this latest Auto 9 Movie Accurate Sound mod, don't forget to download and put in the "Fire Rate Fix" files from the old Auto 9 Movie Sound mod as well. Because otherwise the fire rate will still be too fast in the new mod, and therefore not sound movie accurate.
I'm using most of your mod suite and it's brilliant. Do you figure there's any way to fix the muzzle flare behavior when aiming at a severe up/down angle? When I do this it turns into a very evident billboard. Keep up the good work!
muzzle flash is obstriuctive if the graphic was slightly smaller and thinner ! Everytime you shoot its blocks your view to whatyou are shooting at :(. But its cool that it captured the effect. Just needs some tweaking.
Yeah, I know that it can hinder the view a bit when you shoot from the aim position. That's why I recommended the Robo Crosshair from DMClues. Not just because of it's awesome coolness factor, but also because it helps you align the shots more effectively (hip firing works perfectly together with the Robo Crosshair).
And you get used to the muzzle flash. Especially when you have a fully maxed out Omni Board, and know that every hit is a confirmed kill.
Also, for when doing precision shots (like when shooting grenades for example), I recommend using the Robo Crosshair together with slowmotion and single shot mode (or one shot from full auto mode works too).
And sorry, I have no interest in shrinking the muzzle flash, or altering it. If that is done, then it loses it's authenticity (which I am all about with my RRC Mod Project).
Besides, the commission for this mod is complete. So no changes can be made without having to pay for it again. But if anyone wants to do an alternative version, then I'll allow it if I get to upload it here as an optional file. I'll give credit to the one who does the alternative version, of course. One solution without altering the size of the muzzle flash could maybe be to make it a bit transparent.
Sorry, don’t care about the other weapons other than the Auto-9 and the Cobra Assault Cannon (which hopefully will be made available in the future as a mod to have instead of the OCP shotgun).
something I've noticed with both the anti-materiel rifle and the cobra assault cannon is both have the magazine back slightly and clipping into the magazine shroud and like body area, next time you get to use it take a look at the reload and you'll see what i mean.
Dude this is perfect! this is an important detail for RoboCop, next to the police car having the old style seizure-inducing lights, which yeah gives a headache but it's exactly as it should be, along with the muzzle flash, thanks!
