Extract the archive contents to your RimWorld\Mods folder.
Uninstallation
Delete the Mood Alerts folder from your RimWorld\Mods folder.
Incompatibility
There shouldn't be any. Some alert mods may offer duplicate alerts; disable whichever you prefer.
