New craftable Spacer-Tech Weapons and Armor.

Weapons:
- KM2000 -> The Kampfmesser 2000 is the standard issue knife of the german armed forces. Unlocked with smithing research.
-G500 -> An assault rifle that fires a 5 pulse-charged round burst. This is a spacer tech weapon. There is also a version with an bayonet and one with an underbarrel grenadelauncher.
-P15 -> An semi-automatic charge pistol. The design is a mix of Colt 1911 and the VP9.
-MG300-> An 10 round burst machinegun. Also a spacer tech charge weapon.
-PG70 -> An semi-automatic charge Sniper Rifle. Hard hitting spacer tech weapon.
-Turret-MG300 -> A MG300 mounted on a tripod that is AI controlled. Acts like vanilla mini-turret.
-MP45 -> An 4 burst round SMG. Uses the same caliber as the P15.
-SF23-> An  semi-automatic powerful charge shotgun.
-PzFst 30-> An Anti-Tank Weapon / Rocket Launcher. One use only.
All weapons are craftable after the new advanced charged shot weaponry research except the KM2000. They should also spawn on pawns and can be a reward of an quest.

Stats:
-The KM2000 is an slightly better version of the vanilla knife.
-The G500 is an better charge rifle. It does more damage, armor penetration and is more accurate. And it fires red bullets.
-The G500 Bayonet variant does more melee damage than the normal g500 but it is less accurate, weights more and is costs more plasteel.
-The G500 AG40 variant has the ability to fire grenades beside its normal rounds. Like the bayonet variant the AG40 costs more and has slighty lower stats than the normal G500. 
DISCLAIMER: The weapon has unlimited ammo for the grenades. It uses the same code as the grenadier armor from the royality DLC but i could NOT get the "ammo bar" working.
-The P15 is a spacer-tech variant of the vanilla autopistol. Of course it is also stronger.
-The MG300 is a spacer-tech variant of the vanilla LMG. It does more damage, has higher RPM and armor penetration.
-The PG70 is a heavy charge Sniper rifle. Like 50.cal but with charged ammunition.
-The Turret is a more accurate, damage, RPM version of the vanilla mini-turret.
-The MP45 is a charge variant of the vanilla heavy SMG.
-The SF23 is the spacer version of the pump shotgun.
-The PzFst 30 is a one use Rocket Launcher with better range than the vanilla counterpart. Fast to craft and Lightweight.
This is my first mod so the textures, implementation may not be the best and the stats may be unbalanced. The stats and crafting cost are oriented towards the vanilla counterpart.
This is a work in progress mod. This means there will updates on stats or even whole remaster of weapon textures!

    Compatibility:
    CombatExtended --> Now Compatible. The weapons use the charge ammunition of CE thus their projectile will be the vanilla blue shots. Since i dont use CE it is too much work for me to do a whole new ammo for all of the guns. If someone wants to patch in a new ammo type themselves with the red bullet texture they are very welcome to do so.
    WARNING Patch was made for 1.3!

    Royalty DLC --> is required otherwise the G500 with grenade launcher and the assault jump pack will cause errors.
