I downloaded this mod and Toggle HUD today, following each's instructions, and both work - however
Now, when I press spacebar, a performance data hud toggles on and off on the right of my screen. It looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/8j7LSRj
Do you know if this is from any part of this mod or its dependencies? I'd very much like to be rid of it, and I've been going through the installed files and any .ini I can find to find this HUD, but cannot.
Sorry if I'm just missing something, but if you know how to turn off this console permanently, and unbind it from my jump key-bind, I would be very grateful.
I disabled all the default mods in /mods/mods.txt and the stats disappeared, though it also disabled the mod. I could not be bothered to test it further because I was tired(at least 20 runs) of restarting for the Rotgland weapon and when I got it, I removed the mod.
The tutorial you posted is horrible; You do not indicate the path of ''CustomGameConfigs'' or the main.lua file. I had to guess the path of ''CustomGameConfigs'', but the one of main.lua I still don't know what it is; Well, I have found several and none of them are the correct file... You should be more precise when creating a tutorial; Well, I haven't been able to activate the mod yet.
Not sure how to actually enable a weapon - you simply state to choose one, but not specifically HOW - do we need to edit the lua file by placing the chosen gun's name with apostrophes between the parenthesis after "player 1 get"? please explain - this is all new to me. Thx!
TY 4 the qwik response! Turns out that I missed downloading the Github thing when I installed the mod, so I am re-installing the game fresh, and will reinstall your mod correctly this time. I will let you know if it works then.
Update: Got it working! Great and very useful mod.
Imma try some stuff out and brb. In the meantime try deleting the mod and try Random Starting Weapons and let me know if it works.
Edit: Actually, your settings are weird/wrong, like you've merged the initial release with the latest update? You shouldn't have that many entries there. Reinstall the mod and try again.
I have diligently followed the installation instructions but I can't get anything besides the default weapon for each cycle.

Try restarting your cycle multiple times and let me know how it goes.
Edit: What if you delete CustomStartingWeapons and instead use Random Starting Weapons? If you do, try restarting your cycle a couple of times. Trying to figure out if it is the mod or something else since I've tested everything on two different PCs and everything is working fine. D:
I restarted my cycle 6 or 7 times from dying and just restarting, didn't really change anything. Deactivated mod and didn't change anything either. Does it have something to do with my progression of unlocking things? Thanks for response.
So good. Should have been a default in-game that is unlocked as soon as weapons begin being found and/or after a game cycle has been complete. No idea why they didn't think to include such and obvious and replay value increasing QoL component...

Is it possible to customize the weapon level, attributes and secondary fire?
im trying to get the "Electropylon Driver",and not working,only the default gun,the pistol.

Don't think progression should affect the mod but imma try it on a fresh save in a bit.
Edit: Are you using the latest version of the mod? Because you shouldn't get "KineticRifle".
