I can report that, as of March 10th, 2024, it still persists. And I have everything updated and am running the RT version. Still have to disable it to get Night Vision to work in Not a Hero. It's certainly not game breaking, it was just annoying to find that out. Thankfully, the game makes an autosave, at least on Normal Difficulty, right after you find the Night Vision upgrade and head for the door out of the storage room. So just quit after the autosave symbol pops and goes away, disable the mod, and load the autosave. Easy peasy.
I spent a good hour hunting for that exact thing. Please, SilverEzredes, does this remove that overlay? Using reframework for a wide FOV leaves a picture-tube shaped black box in the middle of the screen when you're on the VCR missions. I can't stand it!
This causes issues with the Not A Hero DLC. When you pick up the Night Vision goggles they won't turn on with this mod and you can't progress the game becuase of that. So, if anyone is using this mod and plays the DLC, when you get to that part, disable the mod and enable it after you no longr need Night Vision.
So, tested this on Non-RT version of the game: ♦Color Correction doesn't work like intended ♦Haze Filter not working at all ♦Radial Blur not working at all •B&W works tho if anyone is interested but > On-Screen Blood, Lens Distortion and Film Grain disabling are working like a charm, which is really cool

Want to download but don't want to risk breaking my game.
