I couldn't find the per-weapon damage, reload speed, or fire rate values. Although the player has multipliers for these, I didn't expose them because those values affect every weapon. If I find these values in the future, I will update AWF to include them.
AWF - Night Sights is now offered as an addon separate from the main file. This allows mesh mods to work with AWF, even if they are not configured to support night sights.
It's likely that this version of AWF doesn't support VR controls. Unfortunately, I can't test it myself as I don't have a VR headset, but I would greatly appreciate any feedback. For those who wish to use night sights in VR, I've kept the legacy version of AWF available on Nexus for the time being.
Update 01/07/2024:
Updates are going to slow down for AWF, because I'm working on porting the project to RE2R.
Since I haven't installed RE7 atm, one question: is it possible to build myself an AW01 with Flashlight and Laser Pointer? I can remember that I've asked you this a few months ago, but I can't remember the answer :(
/e: ok, maybe I'm too stupid, but all I get is:
I can choose no parts, even after clicking update parts, etc.
The Weapon editor seems to work fine. Tested it with unlimited capacity and unlimited ammo
When I downloaded it, there was no AWF addons or anything, in fluffy it says all the mods are there and located, when im in game and i click right mouse button and e nothing happens, do i need to start a new game or do i need to be holding one of the guns i added, i got the glock mod so should i be holding the glock?
Current version 1.3.0, which was uploaded on Dec 19th shows the menus to edit, but nothing happens in-game. Currently have updated script core as well.
Should be fixed in v1.3.1, I've left some debug options on. Also make sure to use the 'RESET TO DEFAULTS' button after installing the new version, some new stuff in 1.3.0 needs that.
hey silver im see you uptade the mod to the version 1.1.5 but when im go to the files page its say 1.1.4 version not the 1.1.5 version im cant get the uptade sorry my bad english
hey Silver you let me ashy you a question you are Planned on change the shotgun m21 from end of zoe im try too edit but dont change nothing sorry my bad English
The mod seems to not be fully working. I have Script Core installed, then this mod, and then the night sight add-on. I can pull up the menu and adjust ammo, but nothing actually changes. The Albert stays at 3 rounds. Holding RM and then pressing E does not enable night sights on my end.
I am on the RTX version of RE7, I am playing on a legal Steam copy of the game, and I am using the latest DLSS compatible version of the REFramework mod.
Looks like you are right, I'm working on a fix. Thank you for the feedback. For a quick fix you can install EMV Engine and Console from here https://github.com/alphazolam/EMV-Engine
Sorry for the delayed reply. I tried out that EMV-Engine, and I was able to get the editing to work. 17 rounds for the Glock, 9 for the Albert, and 60 bullets a stack for Handgun ammo. However, I am still not able to get the night sights to activate. I also found when I click the middle mouse button (my button to heal) it makes a little group of text pop up at the top of the screen, and a little dot to the upper left of where the crosshair would be. Also clicking the middle mouse make Ethan slide around uncontrollably.
The same dot appears when right clicking to aim the weapon. I have included a picture. Sorry for the low res I had to capture it off of a recording.
EDIT Sorry posted this and then saw the update. Let me try it out real quick.
After getting a weapon out of the itembox you probably have to reset scripts under 'Script Runner', the script only checks what's in the player's current inventory. I'm sure something can be added for the itembox. As for the night sights, I've just pushed an update but make sure you are using the latest version of Script Core (1.0.3), I've also had some bug reports from people using a non-US keyboard. (QWERTY) You can change the hotkeys tho.
Edit: I'm also aware that the current ammo count for the guns is not saved, same goes for the stack number of bullets.

Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

EDIT It didn't pick up my mic audio, but I was saying at the end that I was pressing RMB and E and nothing is happening.
