I figured out the issue. You've got an extra, uneeded folder in the zip file. It should go "the thing you clicked for" -> natives. But you've got "the thing you clicked for" -> Handgun Sound Test -> natives. I was able to get it to work by extracting the handgun sound test folder into the fluffy manager mod folder.
