Hey, could you make a guide on what software and encoder you've used to convert the videos back to WMV format?
Resident Evil Revelations use WMV format pre rendered cutscenes too. I have spent hours trying to get my 60 fps interpolated cutscenes to replace the original cutscenes in that game but the game straight up refuses to play the cutscene if I try to replace it. My suspicion is that the game doesn't support whatever encoder I've used for my wmv files. I used online converters to convert my mp4 files to wmv since I didn't find any software that renders the videos to wmv.
okay so I want to use "Resident Evil 6 FHD 60FPS Upscaled Pre-Rendered Cutscenes" mod and i have not tried it yet, So i wanted to ask if your mod comes up with De-Noising and De-Blocking
