   can u release a version that not lock so i can put boss wesker move mod inside u file and i can send the file i made boss wesker mod inside u wesker back to u so u well have badass real vampire wesker like a boss

      u can unpack the arc file with the arc tool.

      Hi! It might be a problem with your settings, you should follow my steps that I wrote in the description, otherwise cutscenes wont work. The most important part is "fix cutscenes" and player 1 freeze. Comment here if It wont work even after the steps that I provided. 
      

      
      
      • Download RE5 Ultimate Trainer
        
      • Open first page "Characters"
        
      • Go into character swap section
        
      • Turn on those parameters: Ignore missing files; Fix cutscenes; Player 1 freeze.
        
      • Choose character: Chris. Replace him with Wesker (Midnight costume)

   If the hair wasn't slicked back and the eyes were different, there would be no distinction between Wesker and Liquid Snake.
