If that doesn't work.
Try manually drag and drop the files in the rar file to your Resident Evil 5 Directory.
Basically It's Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition > nativePC_MT
Inside my rar file drag and drop the nativePC_MT folder to the RE5 Directory.
Be sure to backup your files incase something goes wrong.
