Seems like PPT has some really bad interaction with the jacket, random black splotches on it, Hybrid PT seems to be a good balance if you turn off player/Ashley light and with less of a hit on performance.

Oh PPT looks better by far but a little heavy on performance and as said it doesn't play nice with the jacket. That said with reshade this + Marty McFly's options look gorgeous

Anybody try the latest version of the RE4 reframework?  The blocky shadows are fixed and I think some of the dark areas aren't as dark as well. Too bad only the old version is compatible with the dlss mod though.

You can check the pd-upscaler branch on git, praydog merge the master branch to other branches every now and then to keep those updated. I'm using a version from 4 days ago and it has fixed shadow as well as DLSS

Even in some of the screenshots you can't see anything. For example, screenshot 4 vs screenshot 5.

May I ask if it is possible to have a version that can use dlss with path tracing? I am using the upscaler version of REFramework and wanna know if I could save some performance with DLSS

Try. The RTT menus still there, and it works with DLSS.

Hate to sound stupid, but how do I download those?  There's a list of all the files, but there's no hyperlink to download.

I can't click on "RE4" because it's just plain text for me.  It's not a hyperlink.  Does it work for you?  You mind uploading the .dll file?

after looking at the photos on here, to me, path tracing off looks better... the shiny reflections seem better looking and more detailed with PT off... maybe its the pictures here not doing PT justice...   i tried Cyberpunk with PT on,  and i didn't like it... the fps hit was way too massive to ignore and it didn't improve image quality at all...

look at these photos, PT is a scene enhancer, literally looks way better when its on for this one

but yeah sometime it looks bad
