   So I added this to Mods in the Fluffy mod manager folder but it doesn't seem to work. Am i missing a step other than flipping the switch to activate it?

      No it should be just a simple one-click install. The screenshots I have posted are using the mod but also another mod that replaces Leon with Ashley's model. Look at Ashley in the model viewer to make sure if the mod is working or not.

      I don't know. I live in Sweden and it works fine for me, don't know what country the server is in.
