Hi Everyone! We know that you are all excited for the upcoming Separate Ways DLC and if our MOD will be extended to it and Mercenaries mode. At the time of this writing, we are very interested in seeing the possibilities of incorporating our VO, however we need to evaluate how much dialog there is and furthermore access the DLC's core audio files. This is going to take some time, so please be patient. We'll update this post as progress is being made. Thank you all who have supported this project--for the fans!
Happy New Year Everyone! We are still working hard to complete this mod. The holidays slowed production on our ends--we do have real lives outside of the modding scene after all. That said we're not ready to release anything yet. We're taking some creative steps to not only make Ada sound like Ada, but also improve dialogue in parts. Hi Everyone. Thanks for your patience. We haven't issued any updates in a bit because there's simply nothing to update on other than that we're still working on the mod and there have been numerous challenges during this process. There are call backs in the main games hierarchy as well as the DLC's, and everything is very temperamental. If even a byte is off, the game either crashes, the sync is way off, or silence is produced. But we're progressing and continuing our work when we are able. That said, if you are waiting to play the DLC just for this mod, I personally recommend not waiting because this is a huge endeavor on our ends and we currently don't have a final ETA when this will be out. I seriously hope you guys don't piss them off to the point of abandoning the mod, with all these impatient posts. Just friggin wait. This mod is to RE4R what Seamless Coop is to Elden Ring. That mod took a year to be updated but it still happened eventually, have patience.
The point still stands. Have some patience. It'll be ready when it's gonna be ready. I'm looking forward to this myself and honestly anything else they may have planned in the future, but I understand it takes time to perfect everything with the audio. The update will come. But let's chill out here.
I have waited a long time and they have not given any sign of life since April It shouldn't take that long to change a voice It is not a mod to add new areas or new weapons, it is simply audio.
Anyway, it's been so many years now, so there's no rush. I will continue to wait for your development to be completed. But if one day you decide not to develop anymore, please let us know. Although I have only played DLC once so far
The mod developer is still working on the mod. According to updates on their YouTube channel, they are still working on releasing the DLC mod update soon.
It replaces the basic sounds with those of ada, but the phrases and voice of the cinematics are still those of a lion when they should be those of ada, someone knows how to fix it ?
