As someone who is new to modding, I'm not sure how to make this one work. I installed it and dragged the files into my game directory, but I'm still getting penalties for shooting the sailors.
Can someone please tell me how to get it to work?
The Real Deadeye achievement is the only one I still need, and while I managed to get S rank in 6 games by myself, I'm struggling hard with the last 5 so this mod is my last hope.
love this mod a lot, although, I'm having troubles with shooting games 1c-3c. Could you make it so instead of no penalty it actually gives like 500 points? That would be great
