    For some reason, I can't get the mod to work. I don't have any other mods that edit Ashley's animations either so I'm not sure what could be stopping it from working :(

      Try unpacking the folder into the mods folder

      In the fluffy mod manager re4 mods folder right? I moved the folder there and it says that the files were downloaded but he still has Ashley's animations once I launch the game.

      Does he do Ashley's running animations? Sometimes he'll do a handful of Ashley's animations just because of how I had to do this mod.

      ahhh i see! yea he does do ashley's running animations a lot of the time but if that's how its supposed to look, i apologize for the misunderstanding. Thank you for answering my questions and making the mod! :D

      He should be doing his own running animations most of the time. Is Fluffy Mod Manager reading the mod properly?

      I believe so? After hitting the slider, the manager says that the files were copied and that the mod is installed. I do have the DLC installed if that affects anything.

      It shouldn't? I do too and the mod works just fine. I'm not sure why it's not reading it for you then. Just watch Leon when he runs to see if he does his own animations or Ashley's, I guess?

      It only swaps the animations yes. Just use the model swap mod if you don't want his animations

    Dam Dude, I was looking for this mod because I somehow downloaded the Playable Ashley mod and I don't wanted 2 Ashleys. Leon with Ashley animation is very goofy, thanks to your chad mod I can swap the two characters. Thanks mate.

    Now to change Ashleys grunts, sounds and breathing to Leon and we truly have the "In an alternate Universe" timeline
