   I know this post is old now, but it would really help to add a simple line in the Description that says "These mods are not for the UHD Steam version."

      Is the UHD version compared to the original version because its file packaging method is different and cannot be ported to the new version, or is the overall file structure different from the European version?

      The latter, from what I know. PAL releases used some weird ass filetype. UHD now just uses a universal filetype across all regions.

      no sadly they don't - they work via the ubisoft one
