This mod replaces the Special 1 costume (R.P.D.) for a Fallout New Vegas themed outfit I put together. Not lore friendly.

I recently became a Fallout enjoyer and New Vegas has become one of my favorite games alongside Resident Evil 4. So yeah, this came out as result of it.

I used my other mod: New Jacket plus Gas mask

base model for all these alterations. The edits include an NCR veteran ranger helmet with a few armor attachments and a Pip-Boy 3000. Some texture edits were done by me to get the wastelander look. In Bethesda fashion, making this skin gave me a few crashes when testing but it should work now in game. Keep in mind, my junk system will be different than yours, so any bugs or crashes please let me know!

-It is playable through the main story and works on cutscenes and radio comms.

INSTALL

First, locate your Resident Evil 4 main directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 4\BIO4

There are two ways to make this mod work:

1Having Raz0r's Ultimate Trainer dll companion installed
-Simply drop the files "pl10.udas" in Em folder and "01000010.pack" in ImagePackHD folder

2. No dll companion installed
-Search for the same name files this mod has in your directory and look for their extension, in this case your original files end with .LFS
-Either remove those files or make backups by adding .BAK at the end.
-Note that having both the .lfs files and mine together will create conflicts, that's why you need to remove or disable the .lfs files for the mod to work.
-If you followed these instructions and for some reason your game crashes, I highly recommend the dll companion mentioned. This skin almost exceeds the number of vertices limited in the game. I did my best to make it work without the need of the dll so consider your alternative if you encounter crashes.

If you want to install Raz0r's Ultimate Trainer dll companion and you are already using Nipkow's Re4_Tweaks, you'll notice both use a 'dinput8.dll' file. To make both work together just rename your re4_tweaks files to 'winmm'.

Example: winmm.dllwinmm.ini.

If you notice any bugs with this mod, please let me know in the post section! Credits to Zeushk & BlinkJisooXPS for the XPS models I borrowed from Devianart, and also credits to Albert for his HD Project textures!
