    Make zombies always animate at full frame rate
    Open re3.exe in a hex-editor (e.g. HxD).
    Go to offset EE3A50 (Ctrl+G in HxD).
    Replace the values 44 8B C5 with 45 31 C0.
    Save the file.

      it still works but you MUST use dx11 version of re3 remake ! DX12 version WILL NOT work.

      Yes, mate, i found it here https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Resident_Evil_3_(2020)

      here is the offset

      Go to offset 1C70F00 (Ctrl+G in HxD).

      Replace the values 44 8B C5 with 45 31 C0.

      This works only on Dx11 non rt version

      Can't understand why Capcom didn't include it in the new patch!  Once again modders having to fix shit.

      Yeah now that we have the rt update which does fix a few other issues too, we need re2 and 3 60fps zombies updated again please :)

      Another reason I love PC, we have talented modders that fix games because devs are oblivious.

      When I replace the values, the zombies still are 30fps. Anything I'm missing?

      whatever WasteLandWasted posted, its not for the 30fps zombie animation, there still 30fps with the RT updated version of the game

    Is this safe? When I try to downloaded, I get a warning saying that it is not commonly downloaded and may be dangerous.

    Wondering why I've had Windows Defender on for every mod I've ever downloaded, RE3 and other games on nexus combined and none of them have ever given me a trojan warning but THIS mod when attempting to download the trainer that is required to activate the fps fix it automatically warned me there's a trojan infecting the trainer. The FPS fix file (main file) is fine but the (optional file) will ping a severe threat warning.

    ALSO, why even label the trainer as an optional file if you need it to run the fps fix?????
    It's obviously required not optional.

    ALSO if you check for the virus verification check mark on this mod page it clearly states that only SOME FILES ARE VERIFIED MANUALLY! Meaning creator of this mod selected which files to verify and left some out of the verification process. Sketchy mod, wont dl and recommend others dont as well.

    Can I  use a hex editor for the new offsets AND the "RESIDENT EVIL 3 - Improved Global Lighting and Disable Vignette" mod at the same time?
