   Do you think you'd be able to make similar mods someday for the original versions of the Classic games? I think that'd be really cool

      Gemini's dll fix for the PC versions already include an option to play all three games in Japanese. For emulating, you'd just need to find the Japanese version of the games.

      It's only for the RT version. You can find the DirectX 11 version here.

      You need to downgrade the game to DX 11, Non RT version, Go to game, properties, Betas, on the drop down select DX 11, Non RT and let the game "downgrade" itself and then all mods will work again. 
      
       Capcom loves to fk everything up

      This specific mod is meant for the RT version. Someone already made one for the DX11 version here.
