those who are having trouble importing and saving. before doing the import procedure, you have to do a Dawngrade in your game. steam version: 1. Click on your LIBRARY in the Steam client; 2. Right-click the game (Resident Evil) and select Properties; 3. From the pop-up menu, select BETAS; 4. From the drop-down menu, select dx11_non-rt (Note: password is not required); 5. Close the pop-up menu and let the Steam client automatically update the game; 6. You can start the game normally once the update is complete; 7. Please note that some of the game options settings will be reset as a result of the revert process.
I'm using the rolled back version like you mentioned, but its still not working for me. My original save just got reset and I don't seem to be able to import the 100% save. I even checked the box to do it in the ultimate trainer.
Wasted 2-3 hours trying to get this to work. And even followed the actual useful detailed instructions (BoubouV12 instructions were lazy) on the Ultimate trainer mod page but still can't get the save files to work. If your mod (save files) doesn't work anymore delete it, instead of getting our hopes up and wasting our time.
