  Added in an updated preset reshade_90s_vhs_v1a. Version 1a of the 90s VHS shader.
  
  I have re-arranged the effects in Reshade and adjusted some coloring and added in a few new effect to the preset in the version 1a.
  
  I am keeping both the older version v1, and the new version v1a in the dowload page. You can choose which preset you like better by having both presets under your RE3 folder, then you can use the Reshade home menu to switch between the ones you'd like to use.
