So this is a very interesting variant of the P226 because it has the early West German style internal extractor, but it has a threaded barrel and rail on the bottom which is seen only on later variants usually. My only guess is it is a heavily customized variant. I own a W. German P226 myself.

Thought this was the gun from Blade Runner at first from the thumbnail, hopefully one day someone makes a mod for that! Mod looks pretty good, great job!
