This mod is almost like a troll. Modder makes probably the best-looking OG outfit with skirt but refuses to give her underwear or even shorts. So instead we have to look at a distracting black void.

Yeah so I'm new to this so Idk if I did it wrong? It doesn't seem to work, I may be inexperienced but I have already tried out about 10 different skin mods for my first day doing this and they all worked without issues, Why couldn't this just work like all the other skin mods I tried? I have the legitimate skin so Ik I'm not missing that key part so what's going on? is it because of the lack of updates that this doesn't work? any Ideas would put my mind at ease but I just want to understand more
