Well not from gameplay point of view, the knife (unlike in Resident Evil 2) has become an absolute useless accessoir on the belt in Resi3 and is not even used for self-defense against the zombies anymore.
But from an immersive and lore point of view this mod is absolute fantastic! Jills vanilla original knife 3D model looked so stupid and misplaced on her tactical belt like it was some random 4 $ kitchen bread knife, and absolutely did not match with the rest of her tactical gear. This new mod knife here looks absolute tactical and hypermodern and fits perfectly into the game, lore, and immersion. So thank you very much for this mod.
A few months ago I even asked in the Resident Evil modding board if someone could make a replacer (ANY replacer!) for Jills absolute ugly cheap and simple looking RE3 knife - and you did this mod and brought one of the most stylish and futuristic looking blades into the game. Awesome :)
