So like others, I had problems getting this to work. But I finally got it up and running and will now tell you all step by step on how to get it running (At least the main file).
When you download the zip file from Nexus, you will open it with winrar/winzip and be presented with two folders. - Jill - Stylish Long Hair - Jill - Stylish Long Hair ADD ON
Extract the main WHOLE FOLDER (<--- This is important) titled "Jill - Stylish Long Hair" onto your desktop. Right click the folder on your desktop and then select "add to archive" from the pop up menu. Save the new zip archive to your desktop. Run FluffyManager and drag and drop onto the window.
You should now be seeing it in your mods list with a screen shot of the mod. (If you don't you didnt follow correctly). Be sure to click the mod selective button to enable it and launch game from the manager. Enjoy.
The Fluffy Mod Manager is not able to read 7z oder ZIP files. So I had to actually download WinRAR, extract the whole RAR of the author here, copy them together in the configuration I want it and repack it with WinRAR.
Then it worked.
Pretty pissed about FMM not reading 7z / ZIP and having to download WinRAR for this mod. In the end I got it. The mod is great but for the undiscerning user this could be quite hard.
I downloaded the files. extracted both the long hair and add on packs. installed them both. made sure no other mods are installed. and launched the game. still not working
Hi there, just wanted to let you know that I have edited the .rar file so that it can be easily installed with Fluffy Manager. I have tested it once so far, haha, but it worked with the main mod and an addon pack, so I assume it will work with all of them. Now you can just drag the .rar file into Fluffy Manager and select which files you want in a nice, neat sub-menu. Also includes basic descriptions and will show the screenshot for each option. Message me if you are interested. And great mod as well, it looks amazing!
Is it because the hair is long and the engine cannot recognize that the hair is longer? :D Idk. But would be nice to see the hair move in the cut scenes just like when moving around with the character. Not sure if that's possible tho.
